Results of the survey on the analysis and market needs

DEVELOPMENT

Modernisation and enhancing of the structure and syllabus of all selected modules at the Bachelor’s level and development of new modules were completed. In total, 19 existing modules were modernised and 2 modules were newly developed;

Modernisation and enhancing of the structure and syllabus of the selected existing modules and development of new modules on the Master’s level was completed. In total, 17 existing modules were modernised and 4 modules were newly developed;​

Teaching equipment was purchased by each Partner University, delivered, installed and commissioned for the use in laboratory works. Technical and academic staff of partner Universities were trained on the use of all teaching equipment. Laboratory teaching equipment was successfully used in the teaching process;​

QUALITY PLAN

The updated QA procedures were made available to Partner Universities;​

Recommendations on providing as much as possible written feedback to students in the process of assessment were followed. ​

DISSEMINATION

2526 students involved​: Russia: 652 learners​; Kazakhstan: 679 learners​; China: 1195 learners;​

41 PhD students from six partner Universities were involved from the beginning of the project into Distance improvement of Skills Development (SD) activities; ​​

21 modules (19 modernised and 2 newly developed) were taught at the Bachelor’s level Most of modules were taught 2-4 times and, on average, the planned numbers of students were attracted to these modules;​

21 modules (17 modernised and 4 newly developed) were taught at the Master’s level during the lifetime of the project. Most of modules were taught 2-4 times and, on average, the planned numbers of students were attracted to these modules;​

In the period between 2017 and 2022, 75-85% of students of Partner Universities received placements for internships in local companies (except for covid-19 period);

8 specialised workshops, 1 Information day and series of online seminars for PhD students were organised as a part of dissemination activities in the Asiaxis project. In total, the above activities attracted about 400 attendees​.
