Work package 1 is divided in two main activities.

The first one, carried out in the first year of the project and led by UnivPM, consists in conducting a survey to investigate the market needs and prospectives for further evolving of modern market of Thermal Power plants, with particular focus on Internal Combustion engines. The results of the survey provided useful information to the process of enhancement of bachelor and master courses developed in WP2.

Results of the surveys were presented at at 14th SDEWES Conference in Dubrovnik with the title “Analysis of the labour market and training needs in the field of Thermal Power Systems for cleaner environment: evidences from the ASIAXIS Erasmus+ Project” Link to the conferences pages

The second activity, lasting all the three year project and led by PSU and BIT, consisted in building up a wide network of of Universities, national authorities, public organisations and local industrial companies to secure internships and employment for graduates, even beyond project completion.
